Policy

                 PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!!

      1. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes towards the service total.
      2. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable unless the error is mine.
      3. Remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. If you forget cash, you will have to send an etransfer with taxes included. 
      4. HAIR IS PROVIDED. Please put the colour number in the message box when sending your deposit. Failing to do so will result in a cancelled appointment!​
      5. If there is any issue during your service or if you’re not satisfied after your service please inform me before you leave or within 24 hours after your service so that we can rectify the situation. After 24 hours there is nothing I can do. I will not offer a full/partial refund. 

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS:

  1. I don’t accept same-day appointments even if it’s available. Your appointment will be cancelled!
  2. WiFi is available for your entertainment. Don't be afraid to ask :) 
  3. LATE POLICY: I allow a 5 minute grace period without a late fee.
    At:  6-20 minutes = $30 late fee.
    21 minutes past = appointment is cancelled.
  4. No extra guests or children at the appointment.
  5. Do not book an appointment 24 hours before an event/flight etc.
  6. Any hairstyle that takes over 4 hours or more must be and only be booked at 9:30AM. Any time after that can result in your service being cancelled & your deposit will be forfeited. Please read the description of the service you're booking for. 

    HAIR PREP:

    1. Hair must be 4 inches or longer all around (baby hair ok).
    2. Please do not come with a fresh perm!
    3. Your hair must be clean, free of all oils and product, blown out and detangled and straightened, ready to braid upon arrival. If you fail to do so, this could result in your service being cancelled. If you need me to straighten and/or blow it out, please let me know beforehand; it’ll be an extra cost of $25. 

      CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE/NO-SHOW

      DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE! Cancellation appointments must be outside of 48hours of your appointment in order to use your deposit for rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment please keep in mind your deposit is non-refundable. Your deposit can be used for a future appointment within 30 business days. If you no-show, you will not be able to book again; unless there is a very good reason! Please book accordingly - Beauty cannot and will not be rushed! Please make sure that your appointment does not clash with any personal appointments. Please be considerate of my time and others!

      POLICIES FOR TENS BEAUTIES HAIR EXTENSIONS

       

      Please be sure to read everything thoroughly to avoid any unnecessary issues.

      We want to make sure that all our beauties have the best experience with Tens Beauties.

      Our goal is to please and give you the best experience yet!

      Once your payment has been, it may take up to 3 days (72 hours) for your payment to process.

      After your payment has been processed you will receive your:

      • bundles within 7-9 business days 
      • custom unit within 10-15 business days
      • edge tamer within 3-5 business days

      All Braided Units Are Handmade. None Of Our Braided Wigs Are Ready To Ship!

      - It takes 3 business days for your payment to process. Once your payment has process thats when your turnaround time begins. Turnaround time is 21 business days. Business days are (Monday-Friday). Turnaround time may vary due to high volume of orders!!! Shipping Is 3-5 Business Days!!! At checkout there is an option for 1-2 Business Day shipping. If you'd like a quicker turnaround time please email us! Please allow your tracking number to update as you’ll receive it via email automatically!

      - You cannot cancel your order once its been placed! You will NOT get a full refund you will get a partial refund (50%) due to the fact that a full lace wig has already been purchased to create your braided wig!

      - We kindly ask that if you cannot wait for your unit to be made please do not make a purchase! 

      - Due to the high number of orders on a regular basis, we cannot provide customers with frequent updates. The MOST important update will be your tracking number that you will receive via email stating that your package is ready and its on its way! 

      - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES WITH ANY OF OUR BRAIDED WIGS. ALL OF OUR BRAIDED WIGS ARE FINAL SALE!!! 

       

      LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS

      TENSBEAUTIES  is NOT responsible for lost or delayed products/items. We strive to have your products/items shipped in a timely manner; however, we have no control over issues associated with shipping, customs, or delivery. Once we drop it of or it has been picked up it is out of our hands. Please contact your Postal Service Company for detailed information.

      POLICIES FOR BUNDLES

      We do offer an exchange policy on unopened hair extensions within ten (10) days of you receiving your order. We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.

      You must contact us via email only (tensbeauties20gmail.com) within the ten (10) day return period of receiving your order. Your package is to be shipped back unopened in the original packaging. If the package is damaged in any way a return will not be issued. We will provide you with a return address, in which the item will be thoroughly inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged. (E.g. the seal must not be broken! The hair must not be unwrapped, fingers ran through, worn or altered in any way)

      You are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. It is important that you send your return with a tracking number because Tens Beauties will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you do not use FedEx, DHL or UPS to send your return because they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for. If at any point you need some assistance please contact us via email only.
